 Graduating in 1980 with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from NYIT, Tom has been a Registered Architect since 1984. After building a fine reputation as the “go to” Architect designing building rehabs; for such firms as O’Neill Properties, Keystone Property Group and Brandywine RealtyTrust, Tom moved into development in 1991 converting single homes into beautiful custom homes. He is well known for his design talents, attention to detail and ability to see the final product up front.
Recognizing a strong demand in the community for an exclusive private, upscale Condominium building that provides for ease of lifestyle, Tom created the Allaire Haverford development.
